Perfect for pocket carry.
The pistol was shipped/received promptly by Gunprime. For a .380 pocket pistol, the LCP MAX is a very good pistol. I am able to hold decent groups at 25 feet, considering it's very small size, due to it's REAL sights and relatively light trigger. I have mixed feelings on the trigger. For shooting at paper, the light trigger pull is great. It provides good accuracy. However, for pocket carry, I find it is too light for me to feel comfortable with unless it is locked into the proper KYDEX holster completely enclosing the trigger. My previous carry pistol is a SW Bodyguard .380, which is a double action only mechanism. Where the very heavy and long trigger is good for pocket safety, it is not good for accurate shooting. I also felt limited by it's single stack magazine. The LCP fits into the same profile as the Bodyguard, but has twice the capacity and better hits on target. I fired about 100 rounds through the gun so far, with no failures. I am very pleased with the gun and it will be my primary pocket pistol once the KYDEX holster arrives.
